Cyclochilini

♂背弁は完全に共鳴室を覆う。
前翅は透明。
前胸背外片の外縁は拡がる。
腹部は幅広く、中ほどで拡がり後方で狭くなる。
♂腹部（主に）では腹部が両側で斜めにくぼむ。
♂腹部の最大幅は頭頂幅の2倍程度になる。
♂腹部の第2,3腹板は大きく、腹部の長さの半分ほど。
♂腹弁の先端は腹部に達しない(metasternumを超えない)。
